I earned my bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Sulaymaniyah in May 2011, followed by a master's degree in business administration from the College of Administration and Economics at Salahaddin University in February 2019. In recognition of my academic achievements, I was awarded the title of Assistant Lecturer in January 2020 and was subsequently promoted to the rank of lecturer in January 2024.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in organizational behavior at Erbil Polytechnic University (2023–2026), with a research focus on advancing knowledge in organizational studies and management practices. I serve as a lecturer in the Department of Technical Business Management at Erbil Technical Management College, where I am actively engaged in teaching, academic research, curriculum development, and scholarly activities in the field of business administration, with particular expertise in organizational behavior. My academic interests include organizational behavior, workplace dynamics, employee attitudes and behaviors, organizational culture, and management research aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and sustainable performance.
