Yaseen Hameed Rashid was born in Kirkuk, Iraq in 1969. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology, Mechanical Department in 1991. He received a Master's degree in Acoustics and Vibration from the Mechanical Engineering Department in 2006. Currently, he is an assistant Lecturer , Erbil Technology College, Erbil Polytechnic University, Kurdistan, Iraq.  His research interest is concentrated on Automotive , Noise and Vibration.

Attention to raise the level of education at the Erbil Polytechnic University, in particular the Erbil Technology College, and focus on encouraging students to develop their skills and reach the level required of them.
