Truska is an accomplished academic with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Electrical Department, College of Engineering, Sulaymania University, in 2009. She later completed her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Salahadeen University, specializing in Power Engineering, with a thesis focused on HVDC transmission line technologies.

She has contributed to higher education as a lecturer at Erbil Technology College, where she taught courses related to sensors and transducers. Currently, Truska is pursuing her PhD at the Electrical Department of Salahaddin University, with a concentration in Power Engineering. Her research interests focus on the use of sensors and machine learning techniques to improve energy efficiency and support sustainable energy solutions through innovative technological applications.
