Truska Kh. Mohammad was born in Kirkuk on 20th June 1986. She got a bachelor’s degree from the University of Sulaymaniyah / College of Engineering specializing in Electrical in 2009.
She joined the Erbil Technology College in late 2010.
She got her master’s degree in 2019 from Salahadeen University.  Her thesis was about High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC). She published a paper titled (Performance improvement of interconnected 400kV, 50Hz Kurdistan and Iraq power systems using proposed HVDC link).
 She got a lecturer assistance title in 2020.
Now she is teaching the Direct current circuit and Alternating Current circuit at Erbil Technology College for the first and second stages.
