Dr. Hiwa received his Bachelor's degree of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) from College of Dentistry at Hawler Medical University in 2005 and became a general practitioner dentist. In 2010, he started working in Dental Technician Department at Erbil Technical Medical Institute. Throughout his time there, he focused on helping his students. In 2015, he achieved his Master's Degree in Pediatric Dentistry and became a specialist dentist. Currently, he is an academic faculty member at Erbil Polytechnic University,  where he educates, and trains, students whom are in the Dental Assistant program. In the evenings, he is practicing dentistry at DENTA PLUS specialized dental center as a Pedodontist.
