Dlshad Saadallah Othman is an advanced Biologist department Erbil Polytechnic University, Koya Technical Institute. He received his Diploma from Koya Technical Institute, BSc. from Koya University/ Faculty Health And Science  and His MSc from University of Van Yuzuncu Yil in the Turkey. After his graduation he return back his home country and he started work from his hometown as a Taqtaq General Hospital Lab Technician  for about2 years. In addition to his work, he started to teach from Koya technical Institute as an external lecturer from MLT department. Then he transferred his work place from Taqtaq Hospital to Erbil Poly Technic University/ Koya Technical Institute and he became assistant lecturer from EPU/ KOTI at Taqtaq Medical Labrotory department.
