As an ICT Help Desk, IT Manager, and Cmputer Sceince Lecturer at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - KRG and Erbil Polytechnic University since 2012, I lead IT support, manage LMS and grading systems, and oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, and software operations. Previously, I served as an ICT specialist at many companies, resolving technical queries, managing network environments, and implementing IT projects. I supported a diverse client base, handling IT equipment installation and troubleshooting.
