Sazan Moffaq Abdulaziz was born in Erbil/Iraq in 1977. She got the B Sc degree from Salahaddin University/College of Science/ Biology Dept./Erbil,Iraq in 1999, ranked 2 in a class of 34. She continued study for M Sc degree in Medical Microbiology in The College of Medicine/Salahaddin University/Erbil,Iraq and got the degree in 2003. The Ph D degree was got by the researcher in Medical Microbiology  from The College of Dentistry/Hawler Medical University/Erbil,Iraq in 2010.

- Academic staff in The College of Dentistry/Hawler Medical University; an active lecturer and researcher from 2004-2018.
