Sazan Moffaq Abdulaziz was born in Erbil/Iraq in 1977. She got the B Sc degree from Salahaddin University/College of Science/Biology Dept. in 1999, ranked 2 in a class of 80. She continued study for M Sc degree in Medical Microbiology in The College of Medicine/Salahaddin University and got the degree in 2003. The Ph D degree was got by the researcher in Medical Microbiology  from the College of Dentistry/Hawler Medical University/Erbil,Iraq in 2010.

- Academic staff in The College of Dentistry/Hawler Medical University; an active lecturer and researcher from 2004-2018.

-  Library director (College of Dentistry/HMU 2004-2005)

- Registrar (College of Dentistry/HMU 2005-2006)

- The recent employment is a member of the academic staff in Erbil Polytechnic University/Erbil Technical Health College/MLT.
