Assistant Lecture Saad Talaat BILBAS started his academic career in September, 2014.From 09/2014/ Tutor at Civil Engineering Department / Erbil Technical Engineering College / Erbil Polytechnic University -Erbil-Iraq till now. In November 2014, Mr. BILBAS designed 3rd floor of Civil Engineering Building with ETABS Software. Also, he is a member exam committee panel since June 2017 upto now. In addition, from 02/2019,  he is a lecturer  at Civil Engineering Faculty at Soran University. Saad BILBAS interested in research dissertation of Structural behaviour of GFRP reinforced concrete slabs: A numerical investigation.
