Pshtiwan received B.Sc. degree in biology from college of Science-University of Salahaddin in 1995. He Worked as Assistant biologist at Erbil Technical Medical Institute for 16years. And he completed M.Sc. degree in microbiology from the kahraman maraş sütcü imam University /turkia in 2013. He gained scientific title assist lecturer in 2014 from Erbil Polytechnic University and title lecturer in 2019. Currently he is a lecturer of medical microbiology at Nursing Department in Erbil Medical Technical Institute. He worked as ahead of department of community health in 2014 to 2017. He is a head of Nursing department from 2017 till now.
