Mr. Nyazi Rostam Maroof Al kafaf has obtained  B.Sc. in civil Engineering  at Hatfield Polytechnic  in United Kingdom in 1985. He completed  M.Sc. in Structure Engineering at University of Heriot Watt in UK in 1986. He is a lecturer in Erbil Technology institute-Iraq since 1993 in Building and Construction Department .His academic & scientific title is Assistant Professor. His rank of engineering union is Consultant. His employment post is Head of consultancy department. He woks as a part-time  structural designer for many Concrete and steel buildings and housing Units. He has supervised different civil engineering projects since 1987.

He is expert in different civil engineering materials . He has conducted seven civil engineering researches as a group or individual researcher .He is expert in using many different computer program, Microsoft, AutoCAD , staad-pro  and Etabs. He has excellent knowledge in languages of Kurdish, Arabic, Turkmany and English .
