MEDIA ALI IBRAHIM (Assis. Lecturer) received the B.S. degree in Software engineering from the University of Salahaddin, Engineering collage in 2007, and the M.S. degree in Advanced Software Engineering/ University of Leicester/ United Kingdom in 2014. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in fog computing with the Technical Engineering College, Erbil Polytechnic University. And faculty member at Erbil Polytechnic University. Her research interests include fog computing, the Internet of Thing (IoT), sematic web, and Reinforcement Learning. She is member in the Kurdistan Engineering Union since 2008
