My name is Layla Karim Ali, Assistant Professor at Koya Technical Institute, I have attended Erbil Polytechnic University/koya technical institue since 1998, before that I was a chemistry teacher at Koya Girls High School. I received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the College of Education / University of Baghdad in 1979-1978 and a master’s degree in chemistry in 2008 at koya university, My title changed from assistant teacher to teacher in 2012 and I received the title of assistant professor in 2016. I teach clinical chemistry in the Department of Medical Laboratory Technical (MLT) and other medical departments, now i am a head of midwifery department.
