- Kamal Mohammed Abdullah is a member of academic staff of department of technical management/technical administrative college/Erbil polytechnic university and a researcher in the field of management and leadership.

- I received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 2012, and an M.S. degree in Business Administration in  2017.

- I am currently a PhD student in business management at the Technical Administrative College.

- I hold the academic title "lecturer".

- Working experience for fourteen years in the Directorate of Scientific Affairs and Higher Education in the Presidency of Erbil Polytechnic University.

- For four years I was the Director of Quality Assurance in the Presidency of Erbil Polytechnic University.

- Working for twelve years as a decision maker of the awarding committee in Erbil Polytechnic University.

- Has five scientific researches in the fields of management.
