Dr. Ilham Kadhim Onees is an assistant professor and head of the scientific committee in the Department of Information and Communication Technology Engineering, and one of the members of the scientific committee of the college. I holds a PhD from Al-Mustansiriya University, College of Science, Department of Physics in Sensors and Optical Fibers. I am currently teaching the following subjects: general physics, electrical circuits, and antennas and wave propagation for the first and second stages. I have a great interest in sensors and their types, as well as the use of optical fibers in designing communication circuits.
