Dr. Haval Jalal Rasheed is a specialist in orthodontics and a dedicated academician currently serving as a faculty member at Erbil Polytechnic University. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from the College of Dentistry, Hawler Medical University in 2004. In 2010, he began his academic career at the Dental Assistant Department, Erbil Medical Technical Institute. He was awarded a Master’s degree in Orthodontics in 2015 and later earned his Ph.D. in Orthodontics from the College of Dentistry, Hawler Medical University.

Dr. Haval’s academic mission centers on the dual commitment to excellence in dental education and clinical service. He is known for fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students, emphasizing both academic rigor and real-world experience. His approach integrates evidence-based practice with compassionate patient care.

Dr. Haval is an active member of the Kurdistan Dental Association and the Iraqi Orthodontic Society. He continually pursues professional development to remain abreast of emerging trends and technologies in dental science and orthodontics.

His academic interests include orthodontic biomechanics, growth and development, and innovations in clinical orthodontic techniques. Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Haval has a keen interest in chess, literature, and music.
