Dlshad Ahmed Sharif  is an Tourism Foundation Adminstration department Erbil Polytechnic University, Koya Technical Institute. He received his bachelor  from Salahaddin university in 1994 . and His MSc from University of Lifke in the Syprus (TURKISH ). After his graduation he return back his home country and he started work from his hometown as a Koya technical  institute  at 18/2/2015., he started to teach from Koya technical Institute as an external lecturer from tourism foundation administration department. and he became assistant lecturer from EPU/ KOTI at Taqtaq Busness adminstration department.
