Biography
Dler Abdullah Ahmed was born on November 11, 1969, in Erbil. In 1992, he graduated from Sallahadin University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He then worked as an engineer at the technical institute. He later earned a master's degree in production engineering from the same university in 2005. He held numerous administrative positions, including head of department, dean assistant, and lecturer. He earned a Ph.D. in production engineering/surface engineering in 2023.
