·       Burhan Ahmed Salih was born in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan Region, in 1976. He received the B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from College of Education- Salahaddin University- Erbil in 1998, and the M.Sc. degree in Organic chemistry from the College of Science Salahaddin University- Erbil in 2000. He completed his Ph.D. degree of Biochemistry at same institution in 2007. He joined Erbil Polytechnic University since 2000. His fields of research include Separation and Biological study of active constituents from herbals and management of Diabetes Mellitus disease and he supervises a number of High diplomat and one MSc students.
