Having gained a position on the ten top students’ list, the lecturer was able to get a scholarship funded by KRG to do MA in Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) at the University of Huddersfield-England. His previous education includes Bachelor’s (BA) in English language and literature at Salahaddin University. The instructor has also been teaching and tutoring for more than 8 years in private language centres, institutes and universities. One of the achievements was to be able to become a speaking examiner in Cambridge ESOL’s (First certificate in English (FCE). He is also co-founder of Edwina Educational Services/Erbil. Additionally he is involved in proofreading and editing academic essays and research papers. He has actively participated in several seminars and workshops.
