Banipal Nanno Yaqob is a lecturer in the Mechanical & Energy Engineering Department at Erbil Technical Engineering College/Erbil Polytechnic University, where he has been since 2007. From 2012 to 2015 he served as head of department. He received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tikrit University (Iraq) in 1997, and an M.Sc. from the University of Technology (Bagdad-Iraq). Then he received his Ph.D. from Al-Mustansiriya University (Baghdad-Iraq). From 2003 to 2007 he worked as a lecturer at Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Engineering Department / Kirkuk Technical College. As faculty member he served on and chaired many scientific committees. His research interests lie in the area of two-phase flow, solar energy, and heat transfer, ranging from theory to design to implementation.
