I`m Bakhtyar Ahmed I was born in 14^th January 1965 in Erbil, in 22/July/2008 I got Bachelor as in (good) level degree in college of language /kurdish department sahaddin university.
In 2014 I got master degree at Kurdish literature in Koya University as a (very good) level.
In 2014 I got scientific title as an (assistant lecture).
In 2008-2012 as a kurdology teacher in technical instate/Erbil, as one of the best teachers.
In 2018 my scientific title becomes as a (lecture)

in 2022 my scientific title becomes as a (Assistant professor)
Now I adviser to the supreme commission of quality assurance in technical institute-Erbil. And member of (electric communication) and also member in scientific committee, and teaching (kurdology+jenoside) in technical institute electric power, oil, mechanical departments.
In 25/11/2010 got English degree as (advance) In college of sallahaddin/language department.
In 9/8/2010 got ICDL computer international degree.
Well known in Arabic reading / writing.
In 1980 started in writing.
In 1980 started as writer in newspaper.
