I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Kurdistan-Hawler (2007–2010). In 2012, I was awarded a prestigious HCDP scholarship from the Kurdistan Regional Government, which enabled me to pursue a Master of Science in Information Systems at the University of Sheffield, UK, graduating in 2013.
Later, I joined the Ministry of Education and was appointed to Erbil Polytechnic University, where I contributed to both academic and administrative roles. Seeking to deepen my expertise, I pursued a second Master’s degree in Advanced Information Systems and Software Engineering at the University of Grenoble-INP in France, which I completed in 2019.
My research interests lie in e-government implementation and the application of machine learning in software engineering. I have completed two major research projects:
Barriers to Implementing E-Government in Kurdistan (2013)
Clustering and Classification of Execution Traces of a Testing System Using Machine Learning Algorithms (2019)
