Lecturer and Business Administration Expert
Aras is a distinguished lecturer with a robust academic and professional background in Business Administration. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Salahaddin University's College of Administration and Economy in 2009, with a thesis titled "Specifying and Analyzing Investment Determinants in Kurdistan Region – Iraq." He also holds an MSc in Business Administration from Salahaddin University, earned in 2000, with a thesis titled "Reengineering Compulsory Insurance from Accidents in Iraqi – Kurdistan Region - Strategic Approach." Aras completed his BSc in Business Administration from the College of Administration and Economy, Salahaddin University in 1993, graduating with an Excellent level and ranking first in his college.

Throughout his career, Aras has held several key scientific positions:
Aras has authored more than 30 research papers and studies on Management and Investment. He has participated in 25 scientific conferences on Financial and Economic Higher Education, both inside and outside Iraq. He also supervised the Kurdistan Business Agenda (KBA), a scientific study in 11 major economic sectors in Kurdistan aimed at building partnerships between the public and private sectors.
Additionally, Aras has been a member of the Erbil Governorate Steering Committee (EGSC), a collaborative committee involving the UN, Government, Private Sector, and Academics, working to develop the private sector in Kurdistan. He is also a member of the High Committee of Reform in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, KRG.
