Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Adham

was born in Khanaqin, Iraq in 1979. He received a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Baghdad, College of Engineering, Nuclear Engineering Department in 2000. He received a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Nuclear Engineering Department in 2004. In his thesis, he developed a design scheme for a triple tube evaporator used in domestic absorption refrigerators. He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2013. Currently, he is a professor and head of Mechanical and Energy Engineering department , Erbil Technical Engineering College, Erbil Polytechnic University, Iraqi Kurdistan, Iraq.  His research interest is concentrated on modeling and optimization of the microelectronic mechanical systems (MEMS) using different coolants and optimization algorithms and refrigeration systems design.
